First Course

An established tradition

You will find the same pasta in our kitchen as in our shop; we are talking about egg pasta, produced exclusively with wheat flour, barns, and free-range eggs. Very nutritious food is offered every day in classic compositions or various colors: red with tomato paste, green with herbs, black with cuttlefish ink, and many other variations for the most refined palates. Wholemeal flour is available on request or can be customized with spices, such as saffron, chili, turmeric, pepper, and paprika, to suit your recipes better.

Meat or fish?

Only the most authentic meats and ingredients make up our main course menu. Refinement and simplicity of flavor satisfy even the most demanding palates searching for unique tastes and flavors. Veal, beef, and sweet and sour pork are the opening lines for the composition of a carefully constructed menu that will surprise you.
